How to Sign Up Video Tutorial



Step by Step Walkthrough

You can create your own TrackMage account in 5 easy steps.

Step 1

Go to www.trackmage.com/auth/register
For creating your TrackMage account you need either your business email or your existing Google account.


If you choose to sign up with a Google account - click on "Continue with Google". Simply choose an email from the list and then proceed.


Step 2

You are now ready to sign up and set up your TrackMage account. You will be asked to sign up with your first name, last name and password. You can reset your password later if needed.

Step 3

Pick a subdomain name for your tracking page. 
Your tracking page informs your customers about the whereabouts of their parcels. You can fine-tune how it looks in the Visual Builder in Tracking Page settings. You can create multiple tracking pages for different types of customers and vendors.

Lastly, confirm your email and you are all set!

Go to your email inbox and you should receive a confirmation email immediately. If you didn't get an email, click on the "Resend email" button.

In your email, you should receive a "Welcome to TrackMage" email. Click on the "Confirm my Email" and a new TrackMage window should automatically open in your browser.
