How to Get Help

Whether you’re new to TrackMage or not, we have tutorials and guides to get you up and running to improve the post-purchase experience for your customers. You can also reach out to the support team via the chat widget or email.



Tutorials

Tutorials are step-by-step guides to help you onboard quickly and connect your store to TrackMage.


  • To see all the tutorials, navigate to the top-right corner of any page on TrackMage, click the icon, and select Show Tutorials from the dropdown.

  • Then click on any tutorial to start. 





Documentation


TrackMage Documentation is your go-to place to learn how to use any feature on TrackMage.


  • From any page on TrackMage, navigate to the top-right corner, click the icon, and select Help Docs for general documentation or For Developers for API documentation.






  • This will bring up the TrackMage Knowledge Base page. Use the search bar to find specific guides in the user documentation.






Chat Widget


The chat widget helps you get live, real-time support from the TrackMage team. You can ask any questions related to TrackMage.


  • From any page on TrackMage, navigate to the top-right corner, click the icon, and select Contact Support. A chat window will pop up on the screen.
