How to Create a TrackMage Account

1. Follow this link to open signup form,


You can create an account on TrackMage using your Google account, email address, or Shopify account. In this step-by-step guide, we will walk you through the registration process using an email address.

2. Type in your email into the email field (1), and click on the Create (2) button.

If your email address is registered with TrackMage, you will see this message: This email address has already been used for TrackMage. Click Log In Here to sign into your existing TrackMage account. You can also reset your password if you don’t remember it.

3. Enter your first name, last name and create a password (remember, we have some rules to keep your account safe). Review and agree to our License Agreement by ticking the box, and click Continue.

You can change your information or password on the account setting page, when your account will be activated.

4. Now, it's time to give your tracking page a name (1). It can be your brand name, store name, site name, or even something fun like your pet's name! But, there's a little rule here – use only letters, symbols, or hyphens. When you're all set, click Continue (2).

5. On the next page, slide the bar to let us know how many shipments you usually handle and select the part of your business, that you need help with the most. This helps us suggest the perfect subscription plan for you. When you're ready, click Continue.

6. Now, you are on the Choose Your Plan page. Our smart system has found a plan that's just right for you. Toggle the switcher to check the yearly price (1). Click on the Try for free button (2) or on the Order plan button (3) if you're ready to subscribe to TrackMage right away and proceed to the next step.

7. On the Preferred Carriers selection page, you'll see two boxes and a search field. Just type the name of a carrier into the search field and click on the checkbox at a carrier when it appears. The carrier hops over to the right box – all the carriers you've selected will be displayed there. You can add more carriers by scrolling through the left box. Hit Continue when you're happy with your choices.

8. That's it! Your account is nearly ready. Check your email inbox for the activation email to start your free trial. If you didn't get an email, click the Resend email button and another email will be sent to you.

In case registering via Google or Shopify account your TrackMage account will be activated automatically.
