On your TrackMage account, you can update your user information, including your first name, last name, profile picture, time zone, and password.

How to access your profile settings

1. Log in to your TrackMage account and click your store’s logo or avatar at the top-right corner of the page.

   
   

   
   

2. From the dropdown menu, select Settings and click the API Keys tab.

   
   

   
   

3. Go ahead and personalize your profile for the sections below:

Add or change your profile picture

1. Click the Upload button and select an image(png or jpg) less than 5MB.

   
   

   

2. Rotate or reposition your picture to fit inside the circle frame. When you are done, click Save. 

Click Change Image to choose a different photo. 

Change your name

1. Edit your First Name and/or Last Name.

2. When you are done, click Save.

   
   

   
   

Change your timezone

1. Select your desired timezone from the Timezone dropdown.

2. When you are done, click Save.

Change your password

1. Select the Click to Change Password button.

2. Enter the old password and the new password.

3. When you are done, click Save.
