Tracking Page Embeddable Widgets allow you to add the functionality of a Tracking page directly to your site pages and adjust its display for your convenience. The Lookup Widget, Order Details Widget, Tracking Cards Widget, and Sidebar Widget are accessible on TrackMage. 

Let's go through the steps to get acquainted with each widget.

1. From your TrackMage Orders Page, navigate to the Tracking Pages. Choose the default tracking page and then click on the Tracking Widgets tab. Locate the Tracking Page Embeddable Widgets section.

 

Lookup Widget

2. The Lookup Widget is designed to address customer queries on your pages by directing them to the Tracking page. Once the customer types a valid order or tracking number and clicks the Track button, they will be redirected to the Tracking page in a new tab with full tracking data for their order.

3. In the Tracking Page Embeddable Widgets section, copy the codes for the Bootstrap Script, Setup Widget, and Lookup Widget to add them to your site where desired.

Order Details Widget

4. The Order Details Widget displays full tracking information related to the order within your pages. After the customer types a valid order or tracking number and clicks the Track button on the Lookup Widget, the Order Card will be shown on the page with all the parcels and unsent goods contained in the current order.

5. To embed the Order Details Widget, combine the three initial widget codes (from step 3) with the Order Details Widget code sequentially.

Tracking Cards Widget

6. The Tracking Cards Widget allows you to show customers only the shipped parcels, without including other order information. After the customer types a valid order or tracking number and clicks the Track button on the Lookup Widget, the Tracking Card will be shown on the page with only the parcels related to the current order.

7. To implement the Tracking Cards Widget, combine the three initial widget codes (from step 3) with the Tracking Cards Widget code sequentially.

Sidebar Widget

8. The Sidebar Widget extends the functionality of the Tracking Cards and Order Details widgets. The Sidebar Widget shows a list of shipments for the related order, allowing users to navigate through multiple parcels. When a user clicks the Track button with valid data, the widget will display the Order Cards or Tracking Cards along with the Sidebar.



9. Combine the three initial widget codes (from step 3) with the Tracking Cards Widget or Order Details Widget code, and then add the Sidebar Widget code sequentially to implement.
