In addition to the default columns in TrackMage, you can create additional columns (custom fields), quite easily. Doing so will help you track your parcels better. Here's how you go about it.

Step 1

In your TrackMage dashboard, click the cog wheel icon at the top left corner

A popup box would appear. Click Manage Columns

Step 2

In the Manage Columns dialog box, click Add New

Step 3

Type in the name of the new column you wish to add. For this example, we will be adding a phone number custom field. As for the column code field, don't worry yourself - it will automatically populate 

In the column type field, select the type of data the new column will contain. In this case, Phone would suffice. 

Step 4

Click the submit button. You would get a success message upon clicking the submit button. 

To see your newly added custom field, drag the slider in your dashboard to the extreme right.

Made a mistake and wish to delete the newly added custom field?

Click the cogwheel icon again. Next, click Manage Columns, and drag the vertical slider down till you see the new custom field you had just added. Click the trash icon.
