Your customers want to know when their shipments will arrive after placing an order with your store.
With email notifications, you can give your customers real-time updates on the status of their orders. Notifications are triggered when an event occurs, such as when an order is created, shipped, or a package is ready for pickup. Your customers will receive these notifications via their linked email.
By default, Trackmage generates six email notifications. An event must be triggered for shipments/orders that meet pre-defined conditions before an email notification is sent to your customers. Conditions are used to filter shipments based on various combinations of the condition field and value.

Triggering Events
Triggering events in TrackMage include Search from the Tracking Page, Package is available for pickup, Package is delivered, Package is created, Package is created + X days and Package is shipped.
Search from Tracking Page
This email will be triggered when your customer enters their email address on your store’s tracking page. To protect data privacy, we will only send the link to their email address if the email address entered is associated with a parcel(s) from your store.
Package is available for pickup
This email is sent when the Tracking Status changes to Available for Pickup or Unsuccessful Delivery. Your customer must contact the courier or go to their local post office to collect the package. The emails are only sent for parcels that reached this status within the last seven days of entering the system.
Package is delivered
This email is sent when the Tracking Status changes to Delivered. Typically, this is the best time to ask customers to leave a review and share their thoughts on your product and the delivery process. The emails are only sent for parcels that reached this status within the last seven days of entering the system.
Package is created
This email is sent when the shipment is created in the system.
Package is created +X days
This email will be sent in X days from when the shipment was created in the system.
Package is shipped
This email is sent when the Tracking Status changes from No Info to a trackable status. The emails are only sent for parcels that reached this status within the last seven days of entering the system.
