How to integrate WooCommerce with TrackMage
You do not need any technical knowledge or coding skills to complete this integration 😊.
This article will show you how to easily connect your WooCommerce store with TrackMage. By integrating WooCommerce and TrackMage, all your orders will be automatically synced and you can easily track your shipments.
To complete this integration, you will need::
An admin-level WooCommerce account
An admin TrackMage account
With this guide, you will:
Install the Trackmage plugin
Authorize TrackMage to connect with your store
Test the installation: Fulfill orders and track shipments
Troubleshoot technical errors
You can choose from any of these methods to set up your WooCommerce integration.
Method 1: Install TrackMage on WooCommerce
Log in to your WordPress admin portal/dashboard.
On the left navigation dashboard, select Plugins, then click on the Add New button.
Search for TrackMage in the upper-right corner. From the search results, click Install Now.
Click Activate to activate the plugin.
At the top of the page is a banner telling you to start the installation wizard. Click on the text “start the configuration wizard to configure TrackMage.” You will be redirected to TrackMage.
You can now proceed directly to the section “Activate your TrackMage account” plugin or explore Method 2.
Method 2: Integrate WooCommerce on TrackMage
You need to authenticate your WooCommerce account with your TrackMage account.
1. Log in to your TrackMage account.
2. On the left-side menu, click Automation (1), then Integrations (2).
If you don’t have a TrackMage account, follow this guide to create an account in minutes 😎.
3. Now, click Add Integrations and select WooCommerce. Then click on the TrackMage plugin button to install and activate it.
4. Now reach out to your WordPress account. Go to Plugins (1) and click on the Add New (2) button.
5. Click on the Choose File button (1), and upload the TrackMage plugin that you've downloaded before. Then, click on the Install Now button (2) . To activate your TrackMage plugin, you will need to have your Client ID and Client Secret generated.
Activate your TrackMage plugin
1. Create an API key for your WooCommerce store by referring to the instructions in this document or following the steps demonstrated in the video.
App refers to your store. In other words, Store name and Store Website 🤓.
2. Copy the Client ID and Client Secret from the generated API key and paste them onto the screen. Click Next.
3. Select a TrackMage Workspace (1) and click Next (2). You can also create a new workspace.
4. Select the order statuses you want to sync with TrackMage (1) and the start date of the synchronization (2). Click Finish (3).
5. You have finished following all the steps in the installation wizard, and now you will be redirected to your WooCommerce/WordPress dashboard.
Voila!! You have successfully integrated TrackMage with your store. Let’s go fulfill your orders and track your shipments with TrackMage.
Test the Installation
Create a new order on WooCommerce. On the left navigation menu, click Woocommerce (1), then Orders (2). Find the Add Order button (3) in the upper-left corner, when the Orders page is open. Add products to your order
Now select your order status, add items and click on the Create button.
3. Proceed to check your TrackMage dashboard. Filter the grid by Order status: Processing. You can see the same order here on TrackMage, the synchronization works as expected.

How can I update/change/edit the synced statuses?
You can always update the statuses on your WooCommerce account. On your admin dashboard, navigate to WooCommerce > TrackMage > Settings.
