In this article, we'll walk through the process of connecting your Shopify store with TrackMage account
If you do not have a TrackMage account yet, you can register directly from Shopify by following the steps from this guide.
1. On the Orders page, find and click on the Connect your store button. Once the Add integrations page opens, select Shopify. On the Shopify integration page, click Install button in the upper right corner of the page.
You can also start your Shopify integration, by opening automation tab from the side menu and selecting Integrations.
2. You will be redirected to the TrackMage app page. Find and click Install button on the left side of the page.
3. Now confirm installation on your Shopify store's admin panel. Click Install app button in the upper right corner of the page.
4. Once redirected to the TrackMage setup page, choose the workspace to connect your Shopify to (or create a new one) (1). Check the box agreeing to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy after reading them (2) and then click the Next button (3).
5. Congrats! Your Shopify store is connected! You can now go to the integration settings (1) or follow the tutorial to assist in configuring your workflow (2).
6. You can manage the synchronization of general, financial, and fulfillment order statuses on your Shopify integration settings page. Additionally, you can select the date from which you want to synchronize your data and select when to synchronize shipments. Remember to save any changes you make and click the Trigger Sync button to synchronize data immediately.
7. Once all the setups are complete, open the Tracking Pages tab to check your automatically created Branded Tracking Page.
8. After clicking on the Preview button, you'll see your Branded Tracking Page live with demo data.
9. All your Shopify orders are now ready for you on the Orders page in TrackMage. From TrackMage, you can easily update and fulfill them.
10. Make sure to check the Thank You page for any of your Shopify orders. TrackMage has automatically added your Products slider and all the shipment info to it.
