How to Register for TrackMage through Shopify

TrackMage is the perfect solution for businesses of all sizes that want to streamline their order-tracking process and enhance their customer experience.

In this article, we'll walk through the process of connecting your Shopify store with creating a TrackMage account.

If you already have a TrackMage account, follow this guide to connect your Shopify store. If you need to keep the subscription separate from your Shopify account, create your TrackMage account first.


1. While logged into your Shopify admin panel, navigate to the Apps menu (1). Then, type TrackMage into the search field (2) that appears and press enter or the bar below (3)  to find TrackMage in the Shopify app store.


2. On the Shopify App Store, select the TrackMage app.  Find and click the Install button on the left side of the TrackMage app page.



3. Now you'll be redirected to the TrackMage onboarding pages to create the account. Create your credentials to enter an account, name your working team and workspace, and specify the subdomain. Confirm the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy by checking the box, then click the Next button.



4. Continuing the registration, you'll be asked to answer two clarifying questions to help you choose the most suitable plan. Press the Continue button, when ready. 




5. The next step is to select a plan, which includes the option to try the service for free. Regardless of your choice, you'll be redirected to the Subscriptions page on your Shopify account. Click the Approve button to confirm your selection. Then, you'll be automatically redirected back to the onboarding process.




6. The last step of the registration is to select your most frequently used carriers to enhance parcel tracking. Click the Continue button after selecting or Skip button to do it later.



7Congrats! Your Shopify store is connected! You can now go to the integration settings (1) or follow the tutorial to assist in configuring your workflow (2).



8.  You can manage the synchronization of general, financial, and fulfillment order statuses on your Shopify integration settings page. Additionally, you can select the date from which you want to synchronize your data and select when to synchronize shipments. Remember to save any changes you make and click the Trigger Sync button to synchronize data immediately.



9. Once all the setups are complete, open the Tracking Pages tab to check your automatically created Branded Tracking Page.




10. After clicking on the Preview button, you'll see your Branded Tracking Page live with demo data. 




11. All your Shopify orders are now ready for you on the Orders page in TrackMage. From TrackMage, you can easily update and fulfill them.




12. Make sure to check the Thank You page for any of your Shopify orders. TrackMage has automatically added your Products slider and all the shipment info to it.
